At Petrichor, every candle is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. All orders ship free of charge, with no additional fees at checkout.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday

• Daily cut-off: 5:00 PM ET

• Handling time: 0–1 business days

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is always free, and no shipping method needs to be selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery time = handling time + transit time

• Transit time: 2–5 business days

• Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Issues

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a credit toward your next order.
